Per Guidelines IX, resolutions and/or position statements made be submitted for U.S. Forum consideration by any member, chapter, state organization, the National Legislative Seminar, the U.S. Forum Steering Committee, or a sub-committee of the U.S. Forum.

   Entities wishing to submit a resolution are asked to complete the Resolution Submission form (below) and to attach a copy of the proposed resolution or position statement. The submitter will be contacted by the Resolutions Sub-committee acknowledging receipt of the submission and establishing timelines for action on the submittal.
