Candidate Application Form

Persons interested in becoming an elected member of the U.S. Froum Steering Committee should read the Forum Guidelines, Article VI, regarding the duties of elected positions, election process and terms of office.

Elections are held every biennium (on even years) at the U.S. Forum General Session Meeting during the DKG International Convention.

Any U.S. Forum member may run for a position, but it is generally expected that Steering Committee members will have some experience with Forum activities and advocacy work. Members may run for both the chair of the committee and a regional representative position at the same time, but will have to declare preference at the time of election since no member may hold more
than one position at any given time.

Candidates may be nominated by another member (provided the candidate is aware of and agree to the nomination) - OR - members may self-nominate.  ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM (below) and SUBMIT IT NOT LATER THAN
MAY 1, 2026 as directed on the form.
